When we decided to launch All the Stories in January 2021, the goal was to support those who wanted their written communication to connect to their audience in a creative and authentic way.
All the Stories gives its clients the combined experience, learning and diverse skill set of Sheila Magero, who is a communications specialist with a 20-year career in nonprofits, and Moira Munaaba who is a digital content writer and editor with training in Communications and Media.
Sheila Magero
Sheila is a writer who uses storytelling skills to produce engaging communications products.
She has over twenty years’ experience working with the non-profit sector. Starting out in the programme management side of things, she found that her love of writing led her to specialise in report writing and other communications tasks.
Sheila’s creativity comes alive when she is working on impact stories. Those tales that connect the hearts of givers to their beneficiaries. But beyond the non-profit sector, she has found companies whose social impact work provides interesting material for brand storytelling. She also loves to tinker with the systems side of things. Communications planning and content strategy are her thing.
A lifelong literature lover, there are at least four books Sheila is reading at any one time. She herself is working on a collection of short stories and has been blogging for quite a while.
For all of her career Sheila has had the privilege of working with teams from around the world. It was while she was studying for her Master of Non-profit Organisations degree at Case Western Reserve University in Ohio, USA that she made friends who inspired her with their combination of dedicated professionalism and a diversity of creative pursuits. Since then, she has pursued the dream to create a working life that encompasses skill and passion.
