As Stories is home to multiple venues across the precinct, access points and layouts can vary slightly by space. For detailed directions, venue-specific access information and maps, please visit our Accessibility page: Stories is a dog friendly venue (Front Yard area only) plus we\u2019re<\/span>\u00a0guide-dog friendly throughout the whole venue.<\/span><\/p>\n Pre-authorisation fees are charged on select days of the week across select venues.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Pre-authorisation charges are per person and is held by the booking system. This charge is released back after you dine with us; it is not a deposit and doesn\u2019t come off your bill at the end of your visit. We require 24 hours\u2019 notice prior to your reservation for pre-authorisation charges to be released upon a cancellation. If a reservation is cancelled with less than 24 hours, an automatic charge will be taken.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n All Visa\/MasterCard transactions incur a 1.5% processing fee, and AMEX incurs a 1.8%<\/span>\u00a0processing fee.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>A Public Holiday surcharge applies \u2013 15% on all food and beverage.<\/span><\/p>\n Every attempt will be made to contact a reservation for lateness or unattendance. However, if we have not received any form of notification and are unable to make contact via the contact details given at the time of booking, tables may be forfeited after 15 minutes from the original reservation time.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n During busy periods or exclusive events, reservations will be allocated within set timeframes so demand can be met. This is noted at the time of booking, and we appreciate your cooperation during these times.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Smoking, including cigarettes and e-cigarettes\/vapes, is not permitted in most areas within the venue however, designated outdoor smoking areas are available \u2013 please follow signage and respect other patrons.<\/p>\n We welcome our guests to bring cakes on their visits to help celebrate any occasion! Cakeage fees apply. Please speak directly to the venue team to discuss charges, storage and serving requirements.<\/span><\/p>\n You are welcome to style your space to suit your visit. All decorations must be free standing and not fixed to any surface of the venue. Please discuss any decorations or furniture with our Functions Team as approval is required.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Parking is available in nearby surrounding locations. Please bear this in mind and allow enough travel time so a delay does not impact your reservation. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Guests under 18 are welcome, if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian aged 18+. If you require a table with a pram or highchair, please note this on your reservation or let our team know by contacting us during office hours so they can make sure your table is suitable and comfortable.<\/span><\/p>\n We do not make reservations for pub crawls; we will welcome a crawl as a walk-in on the day of booking. W<\/span>e cannot extend or accept expired e-vouchers as we use third-party booking system. When purchased, the 3-year terms and conditions are outlined and agreed to by the purchaser.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span>All our venues have lost property registers and will take every opportunity to return any lost items to their rightful owners. Please contact venues directly to discuss.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The \u2018Feed Me\u2019 is our version of a set menu \u2013 curated daily by our Head Chefs. It is our recommended way of dining; taking away the tough choices of choosing menu items shows guests a full taste of the menu including dessert! number of dishes is dependent on party size; however, we endeavour to ensure all guests try each dish they desire. Please note any curries will always have rice or sides accompanying. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Groups of 8+ guests are required to do a \u2018Feed Me\u2019 set menu. We can cater for dietary requirements, allergies, medical conditions and\/or preferences by providing alternative dishes if noted before the day of the booking. This allows time for our kitchen team to prepare accordingly. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Groups of 7 or less can still choose to be \u00e0 la carte or on a \u2018Feed Me\u2019 menu.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Children 12 or younger can order from the kids\u2019 menu and aren\u2019t included in the price per head of group bookings.
